Match Day 2024 at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine was a lively celebration of the hard work and accomplishments of our graduating medical students. Of the more than 18,000 graduating medical students participating in the Match from across the nation, 135 were Pitt Med students, and they placed very well in this highly competitive process. UPMC/Pitt is the third largest training program in the United States, and 39 new residents were graduates of Pitt Med.
